How do I add a location to my Schedule?

It's simple! Head over to the Schedule tab in your Hawkker Vendor admin area, and then click Add Location . You can add as many locations as you require.

You can update your schedule whenever you want and the information is presenting instantly to Eaters. 

It is important that you keep all locations and opening hours as up-to-date as possible so customers have access to the most accurate information at all times!

Market Stall/Pitch

If you operate a Market Stall/Pitch (or hope to soon) you will be asked to choose which Area  and which Market  you trade at. You will then be asked to use the built-in map to fine-tune  your location at that market so customers can find out exactly where you trade. You must select fine-tune  a location on the map in order to save it on your Hawkker Schedule.

Please DO NOT select an incorrect market and then use the fine-tune  GPS to specify a location that does not correspond to this market. Doing this may prevent your correct location from being displayed on the Hawkker Eater app, and negatively impact customers trying to find you on Hawkker.

Fixed Location

If you operate from a Fixed Location , you will be asked to provide the Postcode and Street Name  of the location you trade at. You will then be asked to use the built-in map to fine-tune  your location so customers can find out exactly where you trade. You must select a location on the map in order to save it on your Hawkker Schedule. 

Operating Hours

Simply indicate which days you're open at that location and what your opening and closing hours are.

Delivery Only Location

Delivery  & Takeaway Options

Use the checkboxes to indicate what options customers have in terms of accessing the food from this location. If you select Delivery  or Takeaway  you will be required to add the relevant URL to provide customers the information they need to purchase from you with this option.

Editing & Deleting Locations

Editing a Location

You can easily edit your open/closed days and operating hours at any location - simply click on an existing location on your Schedule to update your info. 

It is important that you keep all locations and opening hours as up-to-date as possible so customers have access to the most accurate information at all times!

Deleting a Location

To delete an existing location saved to your Schedule, click on edit location  next to the location you want to remove, then scroll down to the bottom of the Edit Location page and click Delete Location

Be aware, doing this will permanently remove that location and the trading schedule associated with it from your Hawkker Vendor profile and your profile on the Hawkker Eater app. You will have to re-add this location in the future.
